Assistant Bar Manager
We are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join our Bar 190 team at The Gore Hotel.

Your Role \& What We Need From You
The Assistant Bar Manager plays a crucial part in our success.
Key Requirements and Main Responsabilities:
- Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel operation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people easily.
- A creative thinker with a can\-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality
- Act as the primary point of contact in the manager’s absence, demonstrating a "lead by example" approach to floor presence and service standards.
- Work closely with the wider hotel management team to ensure seamless integration between the bar, the hotel lobby, and the restaurant.
- Drive revenue by training the team in suggestive selling techniques
- Assist in managing beverage costs, inventory levels, and labor margins to maximize profitability without compromising the guest experience.
