As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our bars at the Bristol Hotel: the River Lounge and Rick's Bar. You will effectively assist the F\&B Manager to lead the bars team to ensure a standard of service that meets and exceeds guest’s expectations while achieving and surpassing profitability and revenue goals for these areas.

The ideal candidate will be a friendly individual with a strong desire to develop their team, coming from a hotel bar or cocktail bar environment.
