Assistant, Account Management (4 months FTC)
We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Assistant to join the Arts \& Entertainment Account Management team at MARI on a fixed\-term basis. This is an entry\-level role at the heart of MARI’s live events partnerships business, sitting within the Account Management team and supporting the delivery of sponsor partnerships across a portfolio of major UK events. You’ll work closely with the Senior Account Director and wider team, with direct impact on the quality and consistency of partner experiences across the portfolio.
As a key support across the team, you’ll assist with day\-to\-day administration, deliverable tracking, and on\-site delivery across events including Taste of London, Big Feastival, Glide and Winter Wonderland. This is a hands\-on, learning\-focused position for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and eager to build a career in live events and partnerships. This is a fixed\-term contract role (4 months) and qualified candidates must be based in Chiswick Park, London. Hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and evening work required during events.
What Success Looks Like
- Accurate and timely administrative support across all sponsor accounts, with no missed deadlines on key deliverables.
- Trackers and status documents maintained up\-to\-date, providing the team with clear visibility of progress across multiple concurrent accounts.
- Strong and consistent support at events, with sponsor activations delivered smoothly and on\-site issues resolved proactively.
- Positive contribution to team culture and workflow, with visible growth in partnership knowledge and client\-facing skills over the contract period.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Account Management team across multiple sponsor accounts.
- Support with the organisation and tracking of sponsor deliverables, including marketing assets, ticket allocations and branding requirements.
- Support the preparation of client materials, presentations and meeting documents.
- Take clear and accurate notes in internal and client meetings, and distribute follow\-ups where required.
- Help maintain trackers and status documents to ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and willing to learn in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Positive, can\-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
