Asset Support Administrator
About the Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Asset Management & Compliance Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised individual with strong administrative and communication skills to support the delivery of high-quality asset management and compliance services.
Acting as the first point of contact for residents, you will play a key role in ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently, compliance activities are accurately recorded, and administrative processes run smoothly across the department.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Administration • Respond to resident enquiries relating to asset management, maintenance, and compliance matters.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive customer experiences throughout all interactions.
- Raise and manage works orders, ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate appointments for works, inspections, and servicing activities.
- Upload surveyor reports and compliance certificates onto internal systems.
- Manage departmental inboxes and ensure timely responses to enquiries.
- Support the processing of aids and adaptations requests.
- Coordinate responses to customer complaints and feedback.
- Generate and distribute administrative and compliance performance reports.
- Ensure all compliance-related inspections, servicing, and certification activities are scheduled and logged appropriately.
- Liaise with contractors and managing agents to obtain compliance documentation within required timescales.
- Support the organisation in maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and consumer standards.
- Keep up to date with regulatory and legislative changes and escalate implications where necessary.
- Carry out invoice splitting and cost allocation activities.
- Support value-for-money initiatives by improving efficiency and reducing costs where possible.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Strong customer service and administrative experience.

- Experience working in housing, compliance, asset management, or a related sector.

- The ability to interpret legislation and support policy and process improvements.
- Knowledge of procurement, tendering, or contractor management processes.
