Assembly Operative

Production Operative - Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in the Harlow area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, modern, and organised environment, with strong potential for a permanent role after 12 weeks.

The Role You will be working across assembly stations and production lines, supporting the build of high-quality components.

• Operating semi-automated machinery and equipment


• Assembling products using small components and hand tools


• Following step-by-step processes and digital instructions


• Conducting quality checks throughout production


• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

This role is repetitive, so focus and consistency are key.

Training & Support • Full training provided

• Introduction to internal systems and processes


• Ongoing support from the team

Pay • £12.71 per hour

• Opportunity to secure a permanent contract after 12 weeks

Working Hours • Monday to Thursday: 07:55 - 16:40

• Friday: 07:55 - 15:25


• 15-minute paid break + 30-minute unpaid lunch

Candidate Requirements Essential:

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly


• Strong attention to detail


• Good manual dexterity


• Ability to follow processes accurately


• Reliable and consistent

Desirable:

• Experience using hand tools


• Background in automated production environments
