We are looking for a strong, motivated and fashion\-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Parfois, Jervis Shopping Centre, on a permanent 39\-hour contract per week.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and play an important role in driving the success of the store.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role


• Strong leadership and people\-management skills


• Passion for fashion, sales and exceptional customer service


• Confident, energetic and highly motivated


• Able to lead by example and motivate the team to achieve targets


• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail


• Excellent organisational and communication skills


• Proactive, reliable and able to work well under pressure


• Flexible availability, including weekends
