Assistant Manager – Zambrero

We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Zambrero.

This is a full\-time position, working directly alongside the Store Manager in a fast\-paced, hands\-on restaurant environment.

About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality or quick service restaurant experience who is ready to take the next step in management. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, leading the team on shift, and ensuring excellent customer service and operational standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in daily restaurant operations


• Lead and motivate team members during busy service periods


• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance


• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members


• Help manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction


• Maintain fast, efficient, and friendly customer service


• Support achieving sales targets and operational KPIs

About You:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role (hospitality/QSR preferred)


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Hands\-on, proactive approach to work


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment under pressure


• Reliable, organised, and team\-focused attitude


• Passion for food, service, and people development
