We are looking for an Asset Servicing Client Relationship Manager to:
- establish and maintain trustworthy long term client partnerships
- understand and deal with sophisticated client needs, support and set up professional solutions and banking services, from fund set\-ups including KYC, and accounts openings to fund management company services, including fund administration and transfer agency capabilities
- ensure daily execution and smooth running of client accounts with competitive response times and customer satisfaction
- provide value to clients through solution adaptation, anticipation and addressing of needs

Your team
You will be working in the Asset Servicing – Global Family \& Institutional Wealth and UHNW team in Luxembourg servicing our clients. We bring all institutional custody capabilities under one roof and provide tailor made structure fund or corporate solutions to sophisticated Wealth Management \& UHNW clients, Family Offices and Institutional clients. As a Client Relationship Manager in Asset Servicing, you will play an important role as main contact for the client.
Your expertise
- successful track record of minimum 5 years in the investment fund and custody business with knowledge of the regulatory framework in Luxembourg
- passionate about client experience, with strong interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills
- proactive and supportive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity and a positive attitude
- well organized multitasker, anality, with the ability to provide practical solutions
- fluent in English, with proficiency in other widely spoken languages—particularly German and French—considered valuable assets.
