This is not your standard sales role.

You'll be at the forefront of helping customers solve real, tangible challenges — from ageing and inefficient pool systems to driving sustainability and decarbonisation across public and private swimming facilities.

What You'll Be Doing

As Area Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of your region — driving growth, strengthening key accounts, and uncovering new opportunities.

• Grow and manage a strong pipeline of new business across your territory


• Develop and nurture key customer relationships, driving repeat and increased revenue


• Conduct site visits, surveys, and client meetings across the UK


• Design and cost tailored pool plant solutions *(full training provided)*


• Deliver against sales targets and KPIs aligned to company growth strategy


• Use CRM (GV8\) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and customer data


• Identify cross\-selling opportunities across all product groups


• Support tenders, bids, and PQQ processes alongside internal teams


• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions


• Contribute to wider sales strategy and support team development

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from commercially driven individuals who bring:

• Proven experience in field sales / account management in a similar industry


• Confidence building relationships and winning new business


• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a territory independently


• A consultative, solution\-focused approach


• Experience within Pool Plant ,FM, construction, engineering, or technical sales *(advantageous)*


• Comfort with travel and being out on\-site regularly
