Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the South West region to achieve company targets.

  • Conduct face\-to\-face meetings with potential clients, delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximise profitability while meeting client needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Monitor regional sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the South West region.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.

  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant tools.

  • Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
