The Opportunity
As the Area Sales Manager for your designated territory (Dublin, Meath, Kildare, and Wicklow), you will drive sales growth by expanding product line penetration across both new and existing customer accounts.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your focus will be on identifying and developing new business opportunities to surpass company targets, whilst nurturing strong customer relationships to maximise long\-term success. You will proactively promote our full product range, keeping customers informed about the latest innovations, and work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with our commercial goals. By monitoring market trends and competitor activity, you will identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities, playing a key role in sustaining our market leadership and continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell the Potter Cowan’s product portfolio and promote our full range to maximise revenue growth.
- Identify, target, and develop new customer accounts while expanding your territory.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries to maintain high service standards and drive conversions.
- Assess and prioritise business opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
- Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets with a focus on sustainable growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all sales documentation and customer interactions.
- Generate and qualify sales leads, keeping the National Sales Manager informed of key developments, contracts, and potential projects.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support broader company objectives.
- Proven working experience in sales industry (preferable Kitchen)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Proven expertise in lead generation, prospecting and closing deals
- Ability to work closely with cross\-functional team
