️ Driving growth within our Municipal \& Specialist Waste Management Equipment division across the UK
️ Prospecting, winning, and developing new customers while growing existing accounts
️ Identifying and converting rental, leasing, and service opportunities to maximise revenue
️ Building strong, long\-term customer relationships and delivering a first\-class client experience
️ Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
️ Managing pricing, contracts, and pipelines to ensure profitable, sustainable growth
️ Working cross\-functionally with internal teams including customer service, risk, and marketing
️ Staying ahead of industry legislation and technological developments
️ Working closely with a supportive, hands\-on team that values your input
What You’ll Bring
️ A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work

️ Proven experience in the Municipal, Waste Management, or related sectors
️ A strong track record of driving sales growth and winning new business
️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills

️ Strong organisational and analytical skills with a results\-driven approach
