Gwaza Limited is a growing Agribusiness and are inviting applications for the role of Area Sales Manager, a full\-time permanent role.

Location: Munster Region, to initially cover Cork, Kerry and Limerick (Ideal candidate should be based in one of these counties).

We are a leading wholesaler and distributor of Agricultural parts and machinery based in the UK and Ireland but also exporting Internationally. With 60 years’ industry experience and given to further growth opportunities; we are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated Territory Sales Manager to manage and maintain relationships with an existing Customer base in Munster Region of Ireland and also seek new opportunities.

The Role

This is a field\-based sales role where you'll be responsible for looking after existing customers while also finding new business opportunities across Cork, Kerry and Limerick. You will promote and increase the sales revenue of our extensive and well\-established product range. As a Territory Manager, you will be a key player in driving our company's growth by expanding our customer base and increasing sales in the agricultural sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and cultivating new partnerships.

  • Promoting and selling our range of agricultural products and machinery parts.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates and reports on sales activity.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
· We are looking for individuals who can plan out effective travel routes to make the most of your time in territory with maximum interactions.

· Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.

Personal Attributes

  • Experience building customer relationships and developing new business while knowledge of farming, agricultural machinery or agricultural products is of benefit.
· Experience in agricultural sales or similar sales roles an advantage.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work on their own initiative.

· Good organisational and time management skills.

  • Self\-motivated, with a drive to succeed and progress.

· Competitive Salary OTE €30k\- 40k depending on experience and background. Basic salary with the potential to increase based on sales targets via commission, performance bonus and quarterly incentives.

Monday \- Friday Only.

Pay: €30,000\.00\-€40,000\.00 per year
