About the Role
As a German\-speaking Area Sales Manager (all genders), you will be the key commercial driver for the DACH region, combining technical understanding with consultative sales excellence.
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them define the right air purification solutions for their processes—long before talking about products.
This is a fully remote role based in Germany, with high autonomy and strong international exposure.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the DACH region
- Build and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business targets
- Understand customer processes and translate needs into tailored technical solutions
- Conduct customer visits and deliver clear, structured visit reports
- Manage forecasting per customer and product to support production planning
- Monitor market trends and identify new potential clients and applications
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to refine technical proposals and solutions
- Support Marketing with insights, content, and customer success stories
- You are not just selling, you are solving environmental and industrial challenges
- You work at the intersection of engineering, sustainability, and commercial strategy
- You directly influence how industries reduce emissions and improve compliance
- You collaborate with top\-tier experts across Europe in a fast\-growing clean tech sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or similar)
- 5\+ years of experience in technical sales / sales engineering
- Strong background in VOC abatement, air pollution control, solvent recovery, or clean technologies
- Proven ability to manage complex technical sales cycles in industrial environments
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical complexity into clear business value
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Structured, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
