German\-speaking Area Sales Manager (DACH) – Clean Technologies

About the Role

As a German\-speaking Area Sales Manager (all genders), you will be the key commercial driver for the DACH region, combining technical understanding with consultative sales excellence.

You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them define the right air purification solutions for their processes—long before talking about products.

This is a fully remote role based in Germany, with high autonomy and strong international exposure.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the DACH region

  • Build and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business targets

  • Understand customer processes and translate needs into tailored technical solutions

  • Conduct customer visits and deliver clear, structured visit reports

  • Manage forecasting per customer and product to support production planning

  • Monitor market trends and identify new potential clients and applications

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to refine technical proposals and solutions

  • Support Marketing with insights, content, and customer success stories

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or similar)

  • 5\+ years of experience in technical sales / sales engineering

  • Strong background in VOC abatement, air pollution control, solvent recovery, or clean technologies

  • Proven ability to manage complex technical sales cycles in industrial environments

  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical complexity into clear business value

  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)

  • Structured, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently

  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
