Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations within our designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving business growth. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multiple teams across various locations within the area, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to inform senior management of progress and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff, providing coaching, and facilitating professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all sites.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise resource allocation within the area.
- Handle escalated customer or client issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Proven supervising experience in a management or leadership role within a similar industry or environment.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities, including excellent communication, decision\-making, and problem\-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving results.
- Relevant qualifications or training in management or leadership are desirable but not essential.

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£38,000\.00 per year
