Area Manager - Operations

Responsibilities

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to inform senior management of progress and areas for improvement.


• Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff, providing coaching, and facilitating professional development opportunities.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all sites.


• Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness.


• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise resource allocation within the area.


• Handle escalated customer or client issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

• Proven supervising experience in a management or leadership role within a similar industry or environment.


• Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.


• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Demonstrable leadership qualities, including excellent communication, decision\-making, and problem\-solving abilities.


• A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving results.


• Relevant qualifications or training in management or leadership are desirable but not essential.

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£38,000\.00 per year
