What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and Support the Team: Coach and inspire a team of skilled sales professionals with an inclusive leadership style.


• Drive the Sales Cycle: Oversee success from initial contact to closing, ensuring excellent customer experiences.


• Enhance the Customer Journey: Build long\-term relationships by understanding customer needs.


• Negotiate and Secure Deals: Lead negotiations and develop pricing strategies to support growth.


• Build Market Presence: Represent Dalux at trade shows, conferences, and events to strengthen our brand.

We’re after a people\-first leader with strong commercial instincts and a proven track record in driving sales and performance. You have experience leading teams, ideally within construction, Contech \- or a similar industry \- and you thrive creating a positive, collaborative culture. You’re confident in communication, both written and verbal, and bring a high level of professionalism and energy to everything you do.
