AREA MANAGER – 5 SALON GROUP
Location: Dublin Job Type: Full\-time Salary: €50,000–€60,000 per year, depending on experience Bonus: Performance\-related
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Area Manager to oversee five salons across Dublin.
This is a senior role for someone with strong leadership, people\-management and commercial skills who can support Salon Managers, develop teams and ensure consistently high standards across all locations.
You will play an important role in driving the overall performance and growth of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day\-to\-day performance of five salons.
- Lead, support and develop Salon Managers and their teams.
- Drive sales, revenue, profitability and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor salon performance and put improvement plans in place where required.
- Maintain excellent customer service and operational standards across all locations.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop team members.
- Support managers with staff performance and HR\-related matters.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, health and safety and professional standards are followed.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, client retention and team performance.
- Work closely with senior management on business development and new initiatives.
- Regularly visit all five salons and maintain a strong presence across the business.
We are looking for someone with relevant education/qualifications or significant relevant experience.
You should have:
- Previous experience in a management or multi\-site management role.
- Experience in the salon, beauty, hair, wellness, retail or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
- Strong commercial and sales awareness.
- Excellent organisational and problem\-solving skills.
- The confidence to manage multiple locations and competing priorities.
- A hands\-on, positive and professional approach.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
