We are seeking a dedicated Area Manager to oversee our cleaning operations across designated regions. Based in GB, this role is vital in ensuring our service quality aligns with our company's values of excellence and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning operations within assigned areas to ensure high standards of service.
- Manage and support cleaning staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Coordinate with clients to meet their specific cleaning requirements.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on operational activities and staff performance.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional growth.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans for service expansion.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on motivating staff.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to cleaning services.
- Preferably experience in regional or area management roles.
