Area Manager \- Leinster
39 hours per week Specific purpose contract
Salary dependant on experience

Essential Criteria
- Applicants must have achieved Degree level in Social Care, RNID Nurse, Psychology, Social Science or other Relevant Discipline.
- Minimum four years Management experience with responsibility for a team of employees.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation/HIQA/Health Act 2007/New Directions 2012 (HSE).
- Full, clean Irish drivers licence essential (minimum 2 years and aged 23 years or over for insurance purposes).
- 5 years experience working in the Care Sector.
- Experience working within the field of Autism.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven strong leadership skills and proven track record of same.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated project management lead.
The successful candidate will be based in Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow but will be required to travel to our services across Leinster as part of the role.
