Job Summary
Homely Supported Living is seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to oversee multiple supported living services and ensure the delivery of high\-quality, person\-centred care in line with CQC standards and organisational policies. The successful candidate will provide leadership and operational support to Registered Managers and Service Managers, ensuring services remain safe, compliant, and well\-led.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day\-to\-day operations across multiple supported living services
- Support and supervise Registered Managers and Service Managers
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and company policies
- Conduct service audits, quality checks, and performance monitoring
- Support staff development, training compliance, and recruitment
- Monitor incidents, risk assessments, and care documentation
- Build relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders
- 5 or above years of Experience in supported living, social care, or healthcare management
- Strong knowledge of CQC and compliance requirements
- Experience managing multiple services or teams
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- NVQ Level 5 in Health \& Social Care (desirable)
Pay: £40,000\.00\-£43,000\.00 per year
