About the Role:

At Ferrero, you help bring our brands closer to people, wherever they shop. As Area Europe eCommerce Development Manager, you shape how our eCommerce business grows across European markets. You work at the heart of our global vision, translating it into concrete actions that create impact locally.

You collaborate across countries and functions, building strong connections with teams to steward progress and drive growth. In this role, you don’t just follow trends \- you help discover new ways to develop our categories and craft meaningful digital experiences for our consumers.

• You guide the development of regional eCommerce strategies aligned with Group priorities

Main Responsibilities:

Your mission is to accelerate eCommerce growth while supporting markets to reach their full potential. You bring clarity to complex topics and help teams move forward with confidence.

• You analyze market opportunities and shape priorities by category and region


• You collaborate with Regions and the Europe Area to implement strategies across omnichannel, pure players, quick commerce and social commerce


• You support the definition of clear objectives and activation plans, and track performance to understand what works and where to improve

You also play a key role in connecting people: you share best practices, roll out tools and guidelines, and help teams learn from each other to grow together.

About You:

You bring solid experience in eCommerce or digital development, and you enjoy working in an international environment where ideas travel across borders. You combine a structured approach with curiosity, allowing you to turn insights into action.

• You have at least 7 years of experience in eCommerce, digital strategy or commercial development


• You understand how to analyze data and use it to support decisions and shape business direction


• You feel comfortable collaborating with different teams, communicating fluently in English in a clear and simple way, and managing stakeholders

You are hands\-on and focused on delivering results. You take ownership of your work and look for ways to improve continuously, helping others grow along the way.
