Area Cleaning Manager
Access Cleaning Services is a fast growing Eco \- Friendly family owned cleaning company. We value our staff and that's why we have a very settled team of operatives across the South West.
We are looking to recruit an Area Manager to provide leadership and support across Bristol and Glos and you could be just the person we are looking for!
Are you an experienced Cleaning Manager, Housekeeping Manager or Cluster Manager?
Are you a reliable, friendly and conscientious individual?
Are you a great leader who is able to motivate and support a team of operatives across a cluster of sites?
Are you a 'hands on', proactive team player?
Do you have an eye for detail and lead by example?
If the answers are 'YES' then you could just be the right person to join our team.

Overseeing a portfolio of sites and cleaning staff across Bristol and Glos.
Staff interviews, recruitment, training and ongoing support and guidance
Monthly quality audits, liaising with clients and staff to ensure that our high standards are maintained
Arranging holiday and absence cover and be prepared to 'roll up your sleeves' and assist whenever required
Be an ambassador for the company and the brand
