The scope of products spans across all brands of BYD, which fall under the responsibility of BYD Automotive GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and support dealer partner’s service network management with service preparation, monitoring and managing the aftersales business plan and steering the dealer partner’s continuous service level improvement and especially supporting all activities during the onboarding process.


• Provide direct technical support and warranty process support to the dealer technicians. That includes managing technical dealer tickets, trouble shooting on site including on spot process training.


• Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners. Be responsible for the after\-sales projects development, execution, and assessment.


• Ensures the localization and implementation of the BYD aftersales policies and standards in the network to ensure the set\-up of a strong BYD service network. Secure the quality of our service network by timely training, tooling, and other supportive materials and programs.


• Owns and continuously improves all authorized repairers/service centers KPIs.


• As an expert in after\-sales, supports and communicate with technical support, quality and warranty team with critical issue handling, quality investigation and training arrangement.

• Willing to travel on a very frequent basis within the country/ region and abroad, indication \< 50% of your time.


• Strong technical background including all relevant certificates to work on high voltage vehicles.


• 7\+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E\-mobility within importer or OEM.


• Self\-organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self\-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.


• High\-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.


• Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
