Role Overview
*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage the day\-to\-day operation of the Adult Gaming Centre.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff members.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain compliance with Gambling Commission regulations, company policies, and all relevant legislation.
- Conduct cash handling procedures, banking, reconciliations.
- Manage staff rotas, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Monitor venue performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue and customer retention.
- Handle age verification and responsible gambling procedures.
- Previous management experience within an Adult Gaming Centre, betting shop, casino, hospitality, retail, or similar customer\-facing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Good understanding of cash management and financial controls.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Strong organisational and problem\-solving skills.
- Knowledge of gambling regulations and responsible gambling practices is desirable.
