<p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within ecommerce, retail, consumer products, or multinational organizations. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, accurate customer reconciliations, and efficient cash application.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process across multiple legal entities and currencies.</li>
<li>Apply incoming customer payments and reconcile cash receipts.</li>
<li>Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue balances.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and disputed invoices.</li>
<li>Perform customer account reconciliations and AR aging analysis.</li>
<li>Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.</li>
<li>Support audits by preparing reconciliations and documentation.</li>
<li>Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.</li>
<li>Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
<li>3–5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in Accounts Receivable.</li>
<li>Experience in ecommerce, retail, consumer goods, or multinational organizations.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of AR, billing, collections, and cash application.</li>
<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.</li>
<li>ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).</li>
<li>Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Professional fluency in English.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify, or ecommerce marketplaces.</li>
<li>Experience with Stripe, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or similar payment platforms.</li>
<li>Knowledge of multi-currency accounting.</li>
<li>Experience in a multinational environment.</li>
