Dans un contexte industriel, l’apprenti est assiste le Responsable des Ressources Humaines ( 3 secteurs Emboutissage / Ferrage / Peinture ) dans les missions suivantes : – Animation de la mobilité et du Dispositif d’Accompagnement des Emplois et de Compétences Gestion du disciplinaire – Gestion du climat social et des salariés mandatés des secteurs (rituels, commissions QVT, heures de délégation) – Campagnes périodiques RH (entretiens individuels, campagnes de formation) – Informations et formations des managers et salariés sur divers domaines RH – Coaching de la ligne hiérarchique – Répondre aux questions diverses RH
