Job responsibilities
As a member of the Division's Reward team , you will participate in the Compensation \& Benefits cycle (compensation review, salary surveys, benchmarking) and assist in Rewards ad hoc projects, including the analysis and review of existing practices and the implementation of forward\-thinking initiatives.
The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders located in different parts of France and across all regions globally. Interacting with local, regional, and global HR and C\&B communities within Moët Hennessy, the candidate must be comfortable operating at both operational and strategic levels, demonstrating a solution\-oriented mindset and dedication to internal clients.
Responsibilities :
- Compensation Surveys and Benchmarking: Assist with data collection and completion of various external compensation surveys and customized benchmarking analyses.
- Daily Compensation Mapping and Analysis: Be responsible for day\-to\-day compensation mappings and analysis.
- Year\-End Compensation Review Process: Participate in the preparation, management, and consolidation of the year\-end compensation review process.
- International Assignments Management: Contribute to the management of international assignments (administrative support, coordination with external service providers, daily follow\-up). Help update the database and deliver reporting.
- Data Champion and Digitalization: Serve as the team’s data champion. Support the digitalization of Reward tools, specifically by mastering Excel and Power BI, and implementing dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- New Benefits Program Implementation: Assist with the implementation of new benefits programs in different markets, including well\-being initiatives and preventive healthcare measures.
- Ad Hoc Project Support: Assist the department with ongoing and/or special projects.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Specialized Interest: Demonstrated keen interest in Compensation, Benefits, and International Mobility.
- Analytical \& Communication Skills: Possess strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI, coupled with proficiency in AI\-powered tools and a strong data\-driven mindset.
- Organizational \& Confidentiality Skills: Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, and an undeniable commitment to confidentiality.
- Intercultural Agility: Capable of interacting effectively in diverse multi\-site, multi\-lingual, and multi\-cultural work environments. Strong teamwork skills are essential.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
