Participation à la gestion de l'administration du personnel :

• Suivi de la vie du collaborateur de l’entrée à la sortie : rédaction des documents contractuels, attestations, suivi des obligations légales, période d’essai, … ;


• Aide à la préparation des onboardings ;


• Tenue et mise à jour du SIRH ;


• Suivi des tableaux de bord sociaux et reportings ;


• Participation à l’optimisation des process.

Participation à la gestion de la paie :

• Aide à la préparation des éléments variables ;


• Echanges avec prestataire paie ;


• Participation au contrôle des paie

Participation in personnel administration management:

• Monitoring the employee lifecycle from entry to exit: drafting contractual documents, certificates, tracking legal obligations, probation period, etc.


• Assistance in preparing onboardings


• Maintenance and updating of the HRIS


• Monitoring social dashboards and reporting


• Participation in process optimization

Participation in payroll management:

• Assistance in preparing variable payroll elements


• Communication with the payroll provider


• Participation in payroll control

Profil:

• Vous préparez un Master et vous souhaitez vous orienter vers les Ressources Humaines,


• Vous avez idéalement effectué une alternance ou un premier stage au sein d’un service Ressources Humaines,


• Vous avez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles,


• Vous avez un excellent relationnel,


• Vous êtes organisé(e), adaptable et autonome,


• Vous parlez Français couramment et avez un bon niveau en anglais.

• You are preparing a Master’s degree and wish to pursue a career in Human Resources,


• Ideally, you have completed a work\-study program or an initial internship within a Human Resources department,


• You have strong writing skills,


• You have excellent interpersonal skills,


• You are organized, adaptable, and autonomous,


• You are fluent in French and have a good level of English.
