Apprentice Training & Development Administrator
To be the first point of contact in the Knowledge Hub (our teaching centre) at the welcome/reception area for Education \& Training
To provide administrative support to the Training \& Development team (supporting staff Training \& Development activity and operational administration supporting the running of the Knowledge Hub
To assist the department to develop and implement effective and efficient Training systems and processes.
To assist with the collation and analysis of data relating to consumer experience and updating training attendance.
Reporting to the Training \& Development Officer, the role will assist with the administrative duties in relation to all areas of Education \& Training.
1\. To provide administrative support to the Training \& Development team and the operational running of the Knowledge Hub.
Reception and customer service, directing learners to activities in the Knowledge Hub
Dealing with and directing staff queries (in person and on the telephone) appropriately.
Utilising feedback mechanisms to report on training evaluations.
General secretarial skills.
Ensure that filing systems are kept up to date.
Dealing with telephone queries and refer on to appropriate team members.
Replenishing and re\-stocking refreshments throughout the day.
Maintaining and monitoring training attendance on the Learning Management System.
Assist with the preparation and set up of meeting rooms, training spaces, and associated equipment as required.
Work collaboratively across the Education \& Training Department, providing support and assistance to colleagues and team members where needed.
Demonstrate a flexible, positive, and proactive approach to supporting departmental activities and service delivery.
