About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Sales \& Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales and marketing while gaining a recognised qualification.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, developing practical skills in customer engagement, digital marketing, lead generation, and business development. No previous experience is required just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and managing social media content.


• Support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.


• Generate and qualify sales leads.


• Contact prospective customers by telephone, email, and LinkedIn.


• Maintain and update the company CRM system.


• Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and marketing materials.


• Conduct market and competitor research.


• Help organise promotional activities and events.


• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.


• Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in sales and marketing.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Confident using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.


• Good organisational and time management skills.


• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.


• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred).
