Apprentice – Personal Care Market (France)
Main Responsibilities Working closely with the Personal Care Account Manager, you will support the development of the Personal Care market in France through the following activities:
- Provide onsite support during cleaning trials at customer facilities.
- Deliver technical consultancy, tailored cleaning recommendations and customer training.
- Coordinate onsite engineering projects and contribute to technical solution design.
- Use your technical and consultative approach to build credibility with current and prospective customers.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support new business acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Engineering school background or studies in food science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Strong interpersonal, intercultural and relationship‑building skills.
- English required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
- Solid technical understanding of industrial processes and environments related to the pharmaceutical and Personal Care sectors.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
- Autonomy, rigor, customer‑oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills.
- Ideally based in Rennes.
- Paris / Île‑de‑France may also be considered.
- Frequent travel expected.
- Philippe Simon will act as the operational mentor.
