Apparel Store Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. This role requires effective communication, time management, and administrative skills to manage store performance successfully.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


• Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.


• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve overall store performance.


• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.


• Involved in recruitment and training alongside HR


• Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales reports and employee schedules.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.


• Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast\-paced retail setting.


• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.


• Strong background in supervising teams, with the ability to inspire and lead by example.


• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required for effective interaction with customers and team members.


• Experience of inventory management and cash handling.


• Familiarity with administrative tasks related to retail management is advantageous.


• Problem solver/trouble shooter


• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
