We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our team, focusing on data and AI projects within the insurance and reinsurance sectors. In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze business needs, design data structures, and build production ready data and generative AI workflows. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, translating client requirements into technical work packages and managing your own delivery. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional client interaction, making strong self motivation and independent problem solving essential. You will take responsibility for your work packages and support junior developers on the project team.

This role is open across Germany. We are looking for suitable profiles nationwide .

Thanks to our flexible working models and project\-based setup, you can be based anywhere in Germany. Travel requirements depend on client needs and project phases, not on proximity to a specific office location.
