Are you a data\-driven marketer who loves turning insight, technology and automation into real commercial impact? We are looking for an Analytical Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role across four exciting brands within the group. This is a hands\-on, high\-impact opportunity for someone who can combine digital marketing expertise with a sharp technical mindset, bringing together data, systems and creativity to help shape smarter, more effective marketing activity.

The Role:

  • Lead marketing projects across the group’s brands, helping each brand grow through well\-planned, insight\-led activity.

  • Develop systems, tools and automated processes, including AI\-enabled workflows, to unlock more value from the group’s data.

  • Improve and produce reporting across the group for sales, campaign performance, website activity and monthly marketing meetings, automating reporting wherever possible.

  • Carry out data cleansing, extraction and analysis, including imports, exports, transformations, deduplication and segmentation.

  • Maintain and develop website infrastructure across the group’s sites, including tracking, integrations, technical SEO, product data and platform improvements, working closely with web agencies.

  • Implement SEO improvements across the group’s websites in partnership with the SEO agency.

  • Support email marketing activity across the brands, including campaign builds, sends, list management and automated lifecycle flows.

  • Support website merchandising and content updates across the brands, including the day\-to\-day running of specific brand site through to its planned transition onto the Virginia Hayward platform.

  • Deliver campaign activity for the 1 x brand customer migration programme as part of the wider group project.

  • Support loyalty and retention activity through lifecycle flows, segmentation and retention reporting.

  • Assist with paid search and shopping campaigns, including monitoring, updates and agency liaison.

  • Act as deputy on agreed digital systems and processes, documenting key workflows to reduce reliance on any single person.

  • Provide occasional creative support, such as campaign copy, simple graphics and content edits, where required.

  • Support the wider team during brochure production and the Christmas peak as business priorities require.

  • Assist with any other marketing needs and other departments when required.
About You
  • Experience in digital marketing within an in house position, across ecommerce websites, email marketing, SEO or paid channels.

  • A strong technical and web background, with confidence using website platforms, tracking, integrations and connected systems. (essential)

  • Excellent data capability, including strong spreadsheet and analytics skills, with the ability to cleanse, extract and interpret data and turn it into clear recommendations. (essential)

  • Experience developing systems, automations or workflows that reduce manual, repetitive work.

  • Highly organised and self\-managing, with the ability to coordinate activity across multiple brands and maintain momentum during busy trading periods.

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing\-page builds would be advantageous.

  • Experience of ecommerce migration, re\-platforming or acquisition integration would be beneficial.

  • Experience in a seasonal or peak\-trading retail business would also be useful.
