Analyst, Global Finance Controls

What you’ll do:

• Support SOX compliance testing, documentation, and issue tracking


• Support process improvements and automation initiatives


• Contribute to the design and global roll\-out of finance policies and governance standards


• Enhance internal controls across finance processes


• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials

Key skills qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics (or equivalent: CPA, MBA, CIMA, ACCA, CIA).


• Minimum 3 years of experience with an emphasis on accounting and financial controlling (preferably within a large multinational company or the Big Four).


• Highly proficient in MS office applications including Copilot other AI tools


• Analytical mindset with attention to detail


• Knowledge ofUS GAAP, internal controls / SOX (preferred)


• Fluent English; additional languages a plus


• Ability to work independently in a global, fast\-paced environment


• Ability to multitask and manage priorities


• Flexibility and growth mindset attitude are a must
