Position Summary
This position will be part of the Finance team in EMEA and will support the overall EMEA business. The Financial Analyst, EMEA, will play a key role in leading financial forecasting, performance analytics, and strategic financial support. The role is also responsible for driving EMEA Revenue and P\&L reporting and analytics, and for preparing materials for International and Corporate management reviews.
Responsibilities
- Support the FP\&A Director, EMEA, in the forecasting process by managing internal timelines, providing instructions and templates to the team, and consolidating and analyzing data for the business
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of forecasts within OneStream
- Deliver strong analytics to EMEA leadership, using trends and dynamic reporting (including historical/current run rates and other relevant methods)
- Develop standardized and effective reports and analytical tools to support commercial partners and International Finance
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly close processes for Revenue and P\&L; provide analysis of performance versus budget, latest forecast, and prior year; identify risks and opportunities
- Monitor and report on Operating Expenses in close alignment with the business; drive actions to support budget commitments
- Build strong partnerships and maintain close alignment with International HQ and global finance teams; provide required reporting for total International
- Support short\- and long\-term strategic planning through modeling and scenario planning
- Own and manage Power BI analytics for EMEA on an as\-needed basis
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred; CPA a plus
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting, including FP\&A and budgeting
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong Excel skills and proven experience in financial modeling
- Detail\-oriented with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
- Experience with financial system such as Hyperion, BPC, or TM1 is a plus
