Analyst, Evergreen Portfolio Management - Private Debt

<p>The Analyst will be part of the Private Debt Portfolio and Risk Management team, responsible for overseeing portfolio management activities of evergreen funds. The role entails a broad range of activities going from performing market research, conducting portfolio & performance analysis, as well as supporting senior professionals in the daily management of the funds.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, detail‑oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to quickly assess complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and apply a structured, problem‑solving mindset.</p>
<p><strong>Primary responsibilities include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Data collection & processing in the context of corporate lending transactions and other Private Debt strategies</li>
<li>Produce and update research material on the asset class</li>
<li>Provide assistance to investment professionals and other team members</li>
<li>Assist with market research and performance analysis</li>
<li>Assist and perform ad hoc projects and reviews related to the client requests</li>
<li><strong> </strong>Assist with various other projects and analyses for the Private Debt team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or a related field</li>
<li>Prior experience in private markets or private debt preferred</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and execution quality</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including the review and preparation of complex financial analyses, as well as AI tools</li>
<li>Highly motivated self-starter, with demonstrated history of taking initiative, being adaptive in a fast-changing environment, and working independently</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment</li>
<li>Acute attention to accuracy and detail are essential</li>
<li>Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus</li>
