<p>Your mission will be to build, activate and scale a network of ambassadors who refer qualified clients to PropHero, turning their personal and professional networks into a steady source of sales. You'll own the program end to end, from recruiting the right profiles to keeping them engaged and productive, making sure every ambassador doesn't just join, but refers and drives real revenue.</p>
<p><strong>Your day-to-day:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Recruit and onboard ambassadors to generate qualified leads and drive property investment sales.</li>
<li>Train ambassadors on PropHero's value proposition, properties and referral process.</li>
<li>Act as the main point of contact for active ambassadors, keeping them engaged and informed on new launches and program benefits.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the B2C Sales team on the follow-up of referred leads.</li>
<li>Track ambassador performance, identifying top performers and improving program ROI.</li>
<li>Define and manage the ambassador commission model and monthly payouts in coordination with Finance and Legal, ensuring they're aligned with each agreement and evolve as the program scales.</li>
<li>Represent PropHero at community events and networking opportunities to grow the ambassador base.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you will bring to our team:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience: </strong>4+ years in sales, business development, or affiliate/referral and community/partner management, ideally in real estate or financial services. </li>
<li><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field. </li>
<li><strong>General Skills: </strong>Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills; entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable managing a distributed, non-employee sales network. </li>
<li><strong>Tools: </strong>CRM and affiliate/referral tracking platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint). </li>
<li>Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.</li>
