Description and Requirements
Lenovo France is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support the local sales organization in driving performance tracking, reporting, and operational excellence. This internship is ideal for a business\-oriented student with prior experience in sales, operations, or analytics, looking to gain hands\-on exposure in an international environment.### Key Responsibilities
- Support sales performance monitoring through KPI tracking (pipeline, revenue, stock, channel metrics)
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting tools for business insights
- Assist in forecasting activities and pipeline management processes
- Contribute to weekly and monthly sales cadence activities
- Prepare analysis and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Coordinate with cross\-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply) to support execution
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and data accuracy
- Participate in local and EMEA\-level sales operations initiatives and projects
Position Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of prior internship experience in a business, sales, or operations environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM or reporting tools (e.g., MS Dynamics) is an advantage
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Fluent French (mandatory) and advanced English (required for international collaboration)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, curious, and able to work independently in a structured way
- Collaborative team player with a positive and solution\-oriented approach
