L'Apprenti.e Coordinateur Projet de Direction assure et organise le suivi des projets de Direction transversaux.

Missions principales :

Initie et suit les projets touchant à la vie de l’hôtel (Evènement, lancement de divers projets, suivi RSE)

Centralisation et coordination des informations

Activités types :

Administratif

– Organise et fait le suivi des différents projets avec les personnes concernées

– Etabli un calendrier d’actions et procède aux relances

– Rédige certains e\-mails en interne

– Est le principal contact de certains prestataires

Activités complémentaires :

• Participe aux réunions d’exploitation

– Gestion de certaines communications vers l’extérieur

– S’assure du suivi du respect des procédures interne
