Job Description
As part of the Software Excellence Team you will work on ways to increase standardization and automation in software development in close collaboration with all development teams. The focus of your work will be around the development, maintenance and user support for the tool topics with respect to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) toolchain based on Jira.
- Work on maintenance of existing ALM Toolchain based on Atlassian Jira and associated plugins
+ Ensure thorough tests are conducted over the updates to ensure all features are working as expected
+ Ensure that services are running with no/ minimal downtime
- Support the continuous improvement of ALM
+ Work on Jira System Administration topics such as customized / scripted settings, automation jobs, workflows, ...
+ Give 1st level support to our developers
Qualifications
- + Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business informatics, Information Systems or similar;
+ Strong communication \& coordination skill;
+ Ability to quickly analyze, understand \& describe complex problem;
+ Result oriented way of working and willingness to steer discussion;
+ Openness and creativity towards new technologies and possible solution;
+ Proactive and highly self\-motivated.
