<p>Our tools span the entire pharmaceutical development process, from early program and portfolio decision-making through execution on registrational trials. From our Trial Optimizer platform which designs smarter clinical trials, to our ClinOps module, which enhances site selection by integrating patient-level insights, our offerings provide sponsors and CROs with a flexible, scalable toolkit for optimizing every stage of clinical development. We’re already collaborating with over 40 biopharma partners, including 7 of the top pharmaceutical companies, as well as multiple CROs and biotechs, with many more in late stage discussions.</p>
<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Alliance Manager in the US to lead our efforts in managing and expanding relationships with key clients. The Alliance Manager will play a critical role in defining engagement strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction, at assigned accounts.</p>
<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Reporting to the Head of Alliance Management, this person will join the Alliance Management team and own strategy implementation at their assigned accounts.</li>
<li>Account Management & Growth:
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute strategies to drive expansion, up-sell, cross-sell opportunities, and revenue growth within assigned accounts.</li>
<li>Own the land-and-expand motion at assigned accounts, interfacing with Project Management, Business Development, and delivery teams to ensure that ongoing projects are successful and new opportunities are identified.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with scientific and business stakeholders</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Strategic Planning:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Head of Alliance Management and extended leadership team to build company strategy and roadmap.</li>
<li>Establish lead generation strategies for each business line and identify necessary assets, materials, and resources to implement these strategies effectively.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Internal Collaboration & Operational Excellence:
<ul>
<li>Work cross-functionally with product, project management, data science, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of projects at assigned accounts</li>
<li>Track KPIs, including customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Participate in externally-facing marketing, through attendance at conferences and events, solidifying PhaseV brand recognition within assigned accounts.</li>
<li>Develop an in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify business opportunities. Gain an excellent understanding of the target market and ideal champions within biotech and pharmaceutical organizations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on project or alliance management</li>
<li>Solid understanding of strategic account management i.e. expansion, renewals etc., with direct experience beneficial but not required.</li>
<li>Team player with a desire to drive innovation and have a positive impact on the industry.</li>
<li>Strong technical and analytical understanding. Experience with AI/ML solutions through previous roles is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to clearly communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and translate scientific insights into actionable decisions.</li>
<li>Engaged listener, leverages input and a variety of perspectives to develop solutions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desired Skills: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BS in a relevant field. MS, PhD, MD, or other relevant advanced degree a plus.</li>
<li>Background in biopharma, consulting or in similar roles at AI/ML vendors, with experience serving pharma clients.</li>
<li>Driven, self-motivated individual who is passionate about innovation in drug development.</li>
<li>Expertise in developing and delivering presentations for diverse stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
