All-Round Social Media Manager

We are looking for an all\-round social media manager who lives and breathes digital culture. You aren’t just a "poster"; you are a strategist, a content creator, a community builder, and an analyst all rolled into one. If you know how to stop the scroll, turn followers into fans, and navigate the ever\-changing algorithms with a smile, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do (The "All\-Round" Part)

• Strategy \& Planning: Think big picture and execute locally. You will map out, implement, and manage a cohesive social media strategy and content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


• Content Creation: Script, shoot, and edit engaging short\-form video (Reels/TikToks), design sleek graphics, and write copy that matches our brand voice perfectly.


• Influencers \& Partnerships: Identify and activate the right influencers within our communities and effectively manage relationships with our online collaboration partners to expand our reach.


• Community Management: Jump into the comments, spark conversations, and build a loyal community. You are the voice of our brand.


• Social Listening \& Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of internet culture. When a new audio trend drops, you already know how we can jump on it authentically.


• Analytics \& Growth: Track performance metrics. You look at the data, figure out why a post went viral, pull insights, and pivot accordingly.

• Experience: You have 2\+ years of experience managing organic and/or paid social media channels.


• Design \& Editing: You are dangerous with a smartphone camera and proficient in Canva, Figma, CapCut, or the Adobe Creative Suite.


• Management \& Scheduling: You know your way around publishing tools like Hootsuite (or Later/Sprout Social) to keep our content calendar running like clockwork.


• Data\-Informed: You don’t just guess; you use platform insights to back up your creative and strategic choices.
