Job Description

1、Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive growth and revenue for Alibaba International in the Spain\-Madrid market.
2、Identify, negotiate, and close partnership agreements with key local and international companies, focusing on mutually beneficial collaborations.
3、Manage and maintain a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continuous value proposition.
4、Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align partnership strategies and execute joint initiatives, events, and campaigns.
5、Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities.Position Requirement

1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、Above 3 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the e\-commerce, technology, or B2B sector.
3、Proven track record of establishing and nurturing successful partnerships, with a focus on driving business growth.
4、Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
5、Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Chinese is a plus.
6、Adaptable to a fast\-paced environment, demonstrating problem\-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7、Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., for data analysis, communication, or workflow automation) is a strong advantage.
