You will be responsible for ensuring that passenger check\-in, self\-service kiosk and automated bag\-drop technologies remain fully operational and available to support airport operations.

  • Support equipment installations, moves, additions and changes (IMAC activities).

  • Maintain accurate records of all supported equipment, including asset tags, serial numbers, locations, hardware changes, warranty information and maintenance history within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), asset management and service management systems.

  • Manage spare parts inventory, warranty returns and stock control processes.

  • Work closely with airport operations, service desk and technical support teams to maintain agreed service levels.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational readiness across the airport environment.

  • Previous experience in a desktop support, field engineering, hardware support or technical maintenance role.

This role forms part of a dedicated engineering team providing support across a 24x7 airport operation. Candidates must be flexible to work a rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays, as required to maintain service coverage and operational resilience.

Security \& Airside Requirements

Due to airport security and airside access requirements, all successful candidates must be capable of obtaining and maintaining an airport security pass.

Applicants must be able to provide a fully verifiable five\-year employment, education and address history. Any significant unexplained gaps, or periods that cannot be satisfactorily evidenced through references or supporting documentation, may affect eligibility for airport security clearance and airside access approval.
