Air Conditioning Service \& Maintenance Engineer – Join Our Growing Team

We're looking for a motivated and experienced engineer based in the North West who takes pride in fault\-finding, maintaining, and repairing commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems. You'll be confident working independently while building strong relationships with clients, with the full support of our office and management team.

The role will primarily cover the North West, with occasional working away to support service contracts in other areas when required.

What We’re Looking ForMinimum Requirements

• City \& Guilds 2079 (F\-Gas)


• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning \& Refrigeration


• Full UK driving licence


• Willingness to travel and work away when required


• Strong communication skills – written and verbal


• Professional, organised, and customer\-focused with a positive mindset

Desirable Extras

• NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning \& Refrigeration


• IPAF, PASMA, First Aid


• Experience with chillers, cellar coolers, and cold rooms

You should have strong hands\-on experience in servicing, fault\-finding, diagnostics, and repair of a range of air conditioning systems, including split systems and VRV/VRF. The ability to manage your own workload and represent the company professionally on site is essential.

The Role

• Full\-time, permanent position


• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of air conditioning \& refrigeration systems


• Reactive service calls and fault diagnosis


• Breakdown repairs and remedial works


• Accurate reporting, job sheets, and client communication


• Nationwide travel and occasional working away


• Company vehicle provided


• Excellent salary and overtime rates (dependent on experience)
