Air Conditioning Sales Estimator

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Air Conditioning Sales Estimator to join our team visiting residential clients mainly within Sussex. Full training will be provided so whilst previous experience within the Ac industry is desirable it is not mandatory.

This role involves visiting clients, assessing their requirements, discussing options, preparing accurate cost estimates using our own software and following through the sales process before handing over the order to our project manager.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be well presented with a strong focus on customer service. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop professional expertise in sales estimation while contributing to our company's growth.

Duties

• Analyse customer specifications and site requirements to prepare precise sales estimates for air conditioning systems


• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations


• Utilise our own software tools


• Maintain organised records of all estimates, follow\-ups, and client communications using organisational skills


• Support the sales team by providing detailed quotations promptly and accurately


• Keep abreast of industry trends, new products, and technological advancements in AC systems

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales estimation or a related role within the HVAC or construction industries is desirable


• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally


• Excellent customer service orientation coupled with effective communication skills in English


• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotes efficiently


• Strong IT skills with a solid understanding of IT systems relevant to estimation processes


• Effective time management skills ensuring deadlines are consistently met


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment

Salary will involve a fixed salary and commission incentive.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£48,000\.00 per year
