<p>As an AI Specialist, you are a highly creative and innovative member of our team, dedicated to bridging the gap between creative concepts and AI-generated visuals. You translate ideas, briefs, and copy into precise, high-quality, and visually stunning images and video assets using state-of-the-art Generative AI tools. Your goal is to accelerate our ideation phase, elevate visual storytelling, and produce high-impact creative assets for our campaigns by mastering the art and science of prompt engineering.</p>
<p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Write, refine, and optimize complex text-to-image, text-to-video prompts to generate high-quality visual assets that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Creative Directors to rapidly prototype visual ideas, mood boards, and storyboards during pitch and concept phases.</li>
<li>Develop and document prompt templates and recipes to ensure visual consistency (characters, styles, colors, lighting) across multiple assets in a campaign.</li>
<li>Research, test, and master emerging generative AI platforms (e.g., .........) to keep the agency at the cutting edge of AI design.</li>
<li>Review, select, and upscale the best AI-generated outputs, performing minor adjustments or preparing them for the design and post-production teams.</li>
<li>Build and maintain an organized internal library of successful prompts, styles, and generative workflows for the creative team to utilize.</li>
<li>Work with the production and design teams to ensure AI-generated assets meet the necessary technical requirements for further editing and final delivery.<strong> </strong></li>

<p><strong>Reporting lines </strong></p>
<p>This role reports to the Primary Production and AI Lead.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A degree or training in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Advertising, or a related creative field with a strong focus on digital asset creation.</li>
<li>Excellent, hands-on experience using generative AI platforms.</li>
<li>A deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques, including style modifiers, camera settings, lighting terminologies, and advanced parameters (negative prompting, seed control, aspect ratios).</li>
<li>A strong background in art history, photography, lighting, composition, and color theory to guide the AI to highly aesthetic and accurate results.</li>
<li>Ability to translate abstract creative ideas from the team into precise, descriptive linguistic instructions (prompts).</li>
<li>A passion for the rapidly evolving AI landscape, with an eagerness to learn new tools and adapt workflows overnight.</li>
<li>A highly collaborative mindset, with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.</li>
