AI Solutions Builder

Accountabilities:

• Build AI-powered internal tools for sales intelligence, customer insights, operational reporting, and executive decision support


• Design and maintain AI agents combining semantic search, keyword search, and internal data sources (CRM, transcripts, knowledge bases)


• Work with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and MCP-style architectures to enable advanced information retrieval


• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions


• Support and manage AI infrastructure in collaboration with DevOps teams


• Drive AI adoption across teams by identifying automation opportunities and promoting AI-first workflows


• Experiment with emerging AI tools and frameworks to improve internal systems and decision-making processes

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies


• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Cline, or similar


• Basic Python knowledge or strong motivation to learn quickly in a practical environment


• Comfort with command-line tools, Linux basics, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)


• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments


• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams


• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI-driven solutions


• Comfortable working in ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities


• English proficiency required


• Russian proficiency required
