Role Description The AI Solutions Engineer is a full\-time, on\-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role involves designing, building, and deploying AI and data\-driven solutions that integrate with client systems and processes, focusing on production\-grade implementations in regulated and complex environments. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include collaborating with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, architecting AI, data, and integration workflows, and developing robust software components and services. The AI Solutions Engineer will contribute to solution design documents, perform technical assessments, support presales activities with demonstrations and prototypes, and work closely with cybersecurity and cloud engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments. The role also includes providing technical consulting, supporting implementation and integration projects, and contributing to continuous improvement of NALITS’ AI and data solution frameworks.

• We’re looking for strong engineers who can build and deploy real production AI systems (not just prototypes) using Python, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern AI tooling (LLMs, RAG, etc.).


• Building production\-grade AI \+ backend systems


• Deploying solutions into real enterprise environments


• Working on client delivery projects end\-to\-end (design → build → deploy → support)


• Integrating AI into real business systems.

• Candidates should possess strong Software Engineer skills, including experience with modern programming languages, APIs, and microservices architectures.


• Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into technical implementations.


• Candidates should possess Sales and Presales skills, such as contributing to proposals, preparing technical collateral, delivering demos, and engaging with clients in technical discussions.


• Candidates should possess Integration skills, including experience with system integration, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.


• Experience with AI/ML concepts, data engineering, and analytics platforms, ideally in regulated or complex environments.


• Familiarity with cloud\-native architectures (e.g., Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP), DevSecOps practices, and secure deployment patterns.


• Strong problem\-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication, and the capacity to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.Key requirements:
